Today, the Mayor of Alytus District, Rasa Vitkauskienė, honored and awarded two individual care workers from the Alytus District Municipality Primary Health Care Center (PHC) – Linutė Ščesnulevičienė and Giedrė Žiūkienė. They were recognized for their responsible and impeccable work, care, and sensitivity.

The awards were presented on the occasion of the Lithuanian Social Workers' Day, to express gratitude to the specialists for their dedication and continuous attention to those who need help the most. Mayor Rasa Vitkauskienė expressed her thanks for their many years of service and wished the employees success, health, and continued professional motivation.

Additionally, warm greetings were extended to all social workers on this special day. They were wished to always be accompanied by smiles, endurance, and good well-being, which help to solve daily challenges.
