In honor of International Day of Older Persons, family physician Roberta Urbonavičienė from the Alytus District Primary Health care Center’s Simnas outpatient clinic met with seniors from the Simnas district at the local Culture Center. Dr. Urbonavičienė gave a presentation on senior healthcare in a family doctor’s office, offering advice on maintaining good health and outlining the services provided by the healthcare facility. Home-based outpatient nursing services, which enable seniors to receive necessary care in their own homes, were also discussed.
